Fietsenwinkel.nl was one of the first bike shops in the Netherlands to sell bikes online. As e-bikes gained popularity, physical stores were opened nationwide to meet growing demand for test rides. In 2020, the focus shifted to service: all stores now feature workshops with skilled mechanics, supported by a strong national service network.

The new Rapidez webshop helps customers find the right e-bike with an e-bike selection guide, product comparison and a frame size guide, and lets them plan a test ride at one of the stores. Bike insurance from ANWB, Kingpolis or ENRA can be added right in the cart. Product data comes from Akeneo, content is managed in Statamic and the shop is connected to Klaviyo.
